SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Sterling Intelligence Solar Information SMS Program, a recurring marketing text messaging program operated by Nex Solar LLC. By separately checking the optional SMS consent box on our solar information form and submitting the form, you agree to these terms.
Program description
After a consumer reaches our page from a Sterling Intelligence first-party solar advertisement and voluntarily opts in, Sterling Intelligence may send text messages about solar products, potential savings, promotions, available options, and follow-up related to the consumer’s request. Messages may be sent using an automated system.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and interaction with the program. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Nex Solar LLC and Sterling Intelligence do not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.
How to opt out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive one final confirmation message. After that, no additional messages will be sent through this program unless you provide a new opt-in.

Reply HELP for help. You may also email [email protected]. For fastest handling, include the mobile number that received the message.
Eligibility and responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, be the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and use a supported United States mobile number. If your number changes or is reassigned, promptly opt out or contact us so the record can be updated.
Carrier and delivery terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and program availability may change.
No guarantee of solar results
Program messages provide general solar information and follow-up. References to potential savings, options, incentives, or promotions are not guarantees. Actual eligibility, pricing, savings, system performance, and availability depend on individual circumstances and applicable program terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate and deliver the program.
Program changes or termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or update these terms as permitted by applicable law. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your right to reply STOP is not affected.
